Before a normal goodwill frame | After a Gothic Oceanic Frame
Once a metal frame sat in the depths between other frames cluttered together in the Goodwill waiting for its new life. Its dusty lifeless finish held no character, no soul— until it was reborn in darkness. Inspired by the haunting beauty of the ocean and the legends of the sirens who lure sailors to their fate, I transformed this piece into something both mysterious and alluring.
Coated in a deep, glossy black, the ornate swirling details of the frame now whisper tales of the abyss. Moss and seashells, hand-selected and meticulously placed with care, evoke the eerie remnants of shipwrecks lost to time. This frame doesn’t just hold an image — it tells a story. A haunted lighthouse stands within, a lonely sentinel against stormy skies, adding to the aura of nautical gothic mystery.
